On occasion, selected products on Shop Canopy will be available to order before the inventory is ready to ship ("pre-sale").
Canopy, from time to time, may make changes to this policy to reflect changes in its legal or regulatory obligations. We will post any revised version of this policy on our website, and we encourage you to refer back to it on a regular basis. If you purchase a presale item after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy.
PRE-SALE POLICY
- Orders placed containing a product that is available for pre-sale will not be shipped until the full contents of the order is ready to ship, up to 30 days after you place the order.
- Customers that place an order containing a pre-sale item will be charged the full amount on the day the order is placed, up to 30 days before the order will ship.
- Orders containing a pre-sale item will ship as soon as all items in the order are ready to ship.
- Orders containing a pre-sale item are eligible for cancellation if requested by the consumer before the order is ready to ship.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRE-SALES
If you wish to cancel an order containing a pre-sale item, please contact Customer Care via phone or email. Have your order number and email address ready to provide to Customer Care to complete the cancellation.
We do not currently accept cancellations for orders that do not contain a presale item.
