HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO A PRODUCT?
Simply go to the page for the product you want to subscribe to, then select the “Subscribe and Save” option and set your delivery frequency.
You’ll automatically save on the product’s regular price for each recurring order.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE OR FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can update your subscription frequency at any time. Access your subscription portal by contacting our Customer Care team for your subscription portal link.
Then go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Edit. From the Edit page, you can modify your delivery date and delivery frequency.
If you need additional assistance with your subscription at any time, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help.
HOW DO I CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION?
To cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that your cancellation must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipping date. If you cancel your subscription after a shipment arrives, you will be billed for that subscription cycle, and your subscription will be canceled before the next shipment.

CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO MULTIPLE PRODUCTS?
Yes, you can subscribe to as many products as you like. You can also add a one-time purchase to the same order as your subscription.
If you would like to add products to an existing subscription, please contact our Customer Care team.
HOW DOES SUBSCRIPTION PRICING WORK?
Subscriptions save you money with every shipment. You’ll automatically save on a product’s regular price every time your recurring order ships.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD?
Access your subscription portal by contacting our Customer Care team for your unique subscription portal link. Then go to My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Billing Information. On the Billing Information page, you’ll see an option to change the card on file with your account.
HOW DO I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team.
Please note that changes to your shipping address must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipping date to ensure that your order is properly processed.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF AN UPCOMING SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
You will receive an email from Shop Canopy three (3) days before your card is charged for an upcoming subscription shipment. We will also send you a confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
Unfortunately, unless otherwise stated, discount codes do not apply to subscription orders.
However, subscribers enjoy ongoing savings––you’ll automatically save on a product’s regular price every time your recurring order ships.
Promtional offers excludes subscriptions and bundles. Subcriptions do not apply to bundles. Shipping applies to subcriptions orders.
