When will Subscribe & Save be available on the website?
Subscribe & Save is now available. You are able add a subscription from the product page and the cart.
How do I subscribe?
From the product page and the cart, select the “Subscribe and Save” option and set your delivery frequency. You’ll automatically save on the product’s regular price for each recurring order.
How do I change the delivery date? Or change how often I receive my CBD?
Your routine changes. And it’s simple to have your Martha Stewart CBD subscription change along with it. You can update your subscription frequency at any time but within three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery. Access your subscription portal through Passwordless Login or by contacting our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help. Coming soon, you will have direct access to modify your subscription
How do I cancel a subscription?
To cancel a subscription, access your subscription portal through Passwordless Login or ontact our Customer Care team.
Please make sure to cancel your subscription at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipping date. If you cancel a subscription after a shipment arrives, you’ll be billed for that shipment and your subscription will be canceled before your next shipment.
Can I subscribe to multiple products?
Yes, you can subscribe to as many products as you like. You can also add a one-time purchase to the same order as your subscription. If you would like to add products to an existing subscription, please contact our Customer Care team.
How does subscription pricing work?
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive a discounted price every time the product ships to you. Current discount offers:
15% savings on Berry, Citrus, Harvest and Tropical CBD Gummies.
20% savings on Sleep, Chill and Extra Strength CBD Gummies.
How can I update my payment method?
Access your subscription portal through Passwordless Login or by contacting our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help. Coming soon, you will be able to modify your subscription via direct access.
How can I update my shipping address?
To update your shipping address, please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that changes to your shipping address must be submitted at least three (3) days before your next scheduled shipping date to ensure that your order is properly processed.
Will I be notified of every subscription charge?
Absolutely. Subscribers will receive an email from us three (3) days before their card is charged and then again once their payment has been processed.
Can I add a discount code to my subscription order?
Subscribers get discounts on the price of their order every time they buy. Promtional offers excludes subscriptions and bundles. Subcriptions do not apply to bundles. Shipping applies to subcriptions orders.
